Send in devices

When sending in a defective device, please note the following:

•      Pack the device shockproof and break-proof.
•      Enclose a brief fault or damage description.
•      Provide an email address and the return address.
•      Attach a self-created proforma invoice with a goods value of max. €20 to the outside and inside of the package!
•      Fill out a customs declaration CN22 and attach it to the outside of the package! The customs tariff number for EVS and chargers is: 85044055
•      Mark the package as repair!

We cannot accept shipments that are not completely filled out and that are notified to us by customs for collection and subsequent customs clearance!

EXPRESS REPAIRS:

•      Surcharge of 50,00 € for EVS and LG / €25.00 for panel, on-board control and small devices
•      Repairs that are declared as "...as soon as possible, urgent, etc..." are treated as express repairs!
