Send in devices

When sending in a defective device, please note the following:

•      Pack the device shockproof and break-proof.
•      Enclose a brief fault or damage description.
•      Provide an email address and the return address.
• Due to a new EU customs law that came into force in April 2024, we can no longer accept packages from third countries that have been declared faulty by customs!

• Please contact your parcel service provider to ensure a smooth process through customs!

• If possible, use a German parcel delivery service!

EXPRESS REPAIRS:

•      Surcharge of 50,00 € for EVS and LG / €25.00 for panel, on-board control and small devices
•      Repairs that are declared as "...as soon as possible, urgent, etc..." are treated as express repairs!
